Shipping policy
Every shirt is printed when you order it. One Two Tee! designs are made to order by our print partners, mostly in the United States, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is wasted.
Processing time
Orders are printed and packed within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Busy seasons like November–December can add a few days.
Delivery time (after your order ships)
- United States: usually 3–8 business days with standard shipping. Express options, where offered, are shown at checkout.
- Canada: usually 7–15 business days.
- Europe, UK, Australia and other countries: usually 10–30 business days.
Total time from order to doorstep in the US is typically 5–15 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and how many items you order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to the international destinations available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we can’t ship there yet.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is corrected, but the new shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 14 days, shows delivered but you don’t have it, or your shirt arrives damaged, email cotton@onetwotee.store with your order number and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
